- Experience in IT Development of IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Knowledge of security and cloud architecture and associated compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and an ITSM system like ServiceNow.

You will be operating through a ‘2nd line of defense’ role and make sure a structured approach, the so-called ‘Technology Operating Model (TOM)’ will be applied. This approach empowers our IT, business and risk teams to protect our brand and minimize technology risk through consistent processes, requirements and technologies.
- Together with our internal clients, data managers, IT security experts, vendors and other compliance managers from other European geographies you will pro-actively make proposals for process improvements. You also ensures adoption of TOM and propagation by other colleagues.
Note: Candidates have to be residing in The Netherlands, since we don't offer relocation for this position.
