Innovation and Change Management

Strategic Technology Consulting
- Provide expert advice on leveraging technology to enhance business processes

Solution Architecture and Project Management
- Analyze business requirements and design appropriate technology solutions that will evolve into scalable digital products.
- Oversee the implementation of IT&D solutions from conception to completion
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution

IT&D Product Portfolio Delivery
- Lead and support the delivery of Regional/Global IT&D Portfolio initiatives
- Contribute to the development of IT strategies and product roadmaps
- Ensure alignment between IT initiatives and business priorities

It is indispensable for this position:
- University degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science. MBA, or other relevant educational experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT&D project management and solution architecture
- Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale IT&D initiatives
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies
- SFDC (or any similar world class CRM) knowledge.
- SAP SD Process experience.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum,etc.)
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
