Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with order inquiries, modifications, and issues related to deliveries.
  • Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system for record-keeping and future improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to resolve logistical challenges and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Stay updated on menu offerings, promotions, and service changes to effectively assist customers.
  • Participate in training programs to deepen product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges.
  • Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to helping others.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new cultural experience.
