We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals fluent in Italian, passionate about creating positive customer experiences.

In this position, you will engage with our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their happiness and satisfaction by addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving issues. Your role is pivotal in fostering a strong relationship between our clients and our brand, all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment!

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication platforms.
• Assist clients with inquiries and concerns, ensuring their experience is positive and fulfilling.
• Record customer interactions and feedback for ongoing improvement of service.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer happiness and satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to continually improve your customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
