Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Italian-speaking clients through effective communication.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and proactively address any issues.
• Document and manage client interactions, feedback, and any relevant information.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in training and development initiatives to improve product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
