We seek a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing excellent technical support to our users.
Responsibilities:
Provide remote technical support to end-users on issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows laptops and MacOS devices, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and security updates.
Manage and organize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using relevant software.
Assist with Windows server administration and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) tasks (desirable).
Follow ITIL best practices for incident, change, and request management.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT support.
