IT Workstation Support Specialist

We seek a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing excellent technical support to our users.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support to end-users on issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows laptops and MacOS devices, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and security updates.

  • Manage and organize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using relevant software.

  • Assist with Windows server administration and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) tasks (desirable).

  • Follow ITIL best practices for incident, change, and request management.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT support.

Other Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • French language skills (Desirable)

  • Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MacOS operating systems.

  • Proficiency in PowerShell, CMD, and Bash.

  • Knowledge of Windows server administration and MDT (desirable).

  • Experience with document, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
