IT Transformation & Program Manager

This role provides the business partnership to the key stakeholders (e.g. commercial organization) in the organization and supports the IT portfolio/budget governance and communication for business. You will work closely with our leadership team, business teams and project managers as well as IT organization across matrix organizations to define, prioritize and manage the overall IT roadmap and governance. You will possess the ability of program management as well as hold key stakeholders accountable for achieving the aligned IT roadmaps by planning, tracking, progress reporting and quality assurance. 

Main Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Participate in defining and managing the digital journey

  • Work on the IT portfolio and budget management, including the initiation of the potential project ideas, alignment on potential resource and costs, RAB approvals, regular budget and resource review to ensure clear visibility among stakeholders, best practice sharing and portfolio deliverables accordingly to plan

  • As the business partnership for key stakeholders in Commercial and Data Analytics topics 

  • Work with IT function leaders and project managers to ensure proper project/program management in place according to company process

  • Provide clear analysis and insight on portfolio financials, progress, quality, issues and risks to support senior management in effective decision making.

  • Lead the IT communication plan and implementation through close collaboration with matrix teams

  • Manage the department operational activities e.g. budget tracking through defining the process and roles responsibilities and holding people accountable to ensure proper planning and monitoring.

  • Actively come up with suggestions for improvement initiatives and tasks. 

  • Understand and consistently question the status quo and analyze existing processes and data, work across functions to establish certain processes and procedures in managing projects. 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

  • Solid track record of minimum 4 years of working experience in project/portfolio management in an international organization, working as IT PMO, or a similar role

  • Relevant PMI certificate (PMP / PRINCE 2 certification preferred)

  • Proactive, accountable and strong resilient to challenges

  • Attention to details and produces work that meets high quality standards

  • Proven stakeholder management capabilities; skills to support, advise and challenge stakeholders to drive changes 

  • Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively

  • Experience with sales and marketing related applications, e.g. CPQ, CRM, ERP O2C modules are big plus. 

  • Business Fluency in English
