As our IT Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our IT support team. You’ll take on a diverse range of responsibilities, from troubleshooting issues for our internal users to helping with vital infrastructure projects. Your main focus? Ensuring that our systems run smoothly while providing fantastic support to our staff!

What You’ll Need:
- Experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory
- Familiarity with network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with users across departments
- A proactive attitude and a passion for problem-solving
- Ability to work independently but also thrive in a collaborative team environment
- A genuine enthusiasm for technology and keeping up with the latest trends
Bonus Points:
- Certifications in IT or relevant courses
- Experience with cloud technologies, especially Azure
- Knowledge of security best practices
