Marlowe Fire & Security are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. From initial design, supply and installation, through to ongoing maintenance and monitoring, we maintain the capability to help prevent, detect and monitor Fire and Security risks for our customers up and down the country. We are currently looking to appoint a new IT Systems Integration Project Manager to cover our sites across the North West, Midlands and South East.

Basic Salary – up to £45,000

Marlowe Fire & Security’s IT Systems Integration Project Manager’s

Manage & oversee the integration of IT systems and applications across our national operation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers to ensure a seamless integration process and successful implementation of IT projects. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation and contribute to our ongoing success.

  • Manage and lead IT integration projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings and regularly communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners to evaluate and select IT solutions.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of new IT systems and applications.
  • Provide guidance and support to the IT team and end-users during the integration process.

For this specific opportunity, we are looking for candidates who offer:

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and applications integration principles.
  • Good working knowledge of Sage 200
  • Familiarity with SQL Report Writing
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office (MS Office)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Full, UK Drivers Licence
