We are seeking a dedicated IT System Administrator to join our on-site team in Bangalore, India (Onsite). In this role, you will manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and security compliance. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing office, supporting the backbone of our technological environment.
What You Will Do
Manage user accounts and rights according to IT security policies and standard
Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
Perform maintenance activities (e.g. backups, licenses, etc)
Respond to user queries in a timely manner and identify, research, and resolve problems
Document current processes and identify areas for improvement
Order IT equipment and manage accurate inventories
Work closely with HR to ensure a smooth On-boarding and Off-boarding process
Running network cabling, switching, and direct contractors as needed
Assisting in managing the firewalls and office infrastructure
