What will you be bringing to the team?
- Responsible to work against the Institution HQ ticketing system and ensure all incoming Incidents and Service
- Requests are being handled and resolved within the agreed SLAs, this includes second level application and configuration troubleshooting on all network connected clients.
- Assist in patch remediation activities where required.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Minimum 5 years' experience in system administration, MS Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) & workstation (Windows 8.1/Windows 10) Operating System, MS Office (2016/2019), software packaging & deployment, troubleshooting and remediation of network joined clients, Active Directory & Group Policies.
- A thorough hands-on experience with MS SCCM is required.
- Application provisioning technology operation
- Client provisioning
- MS Windows (8.1/10) installation / configuration / administration
- MS Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) management / administration
- Operating system / software provisioning problem troubleshooting
- Remote application provisioning service installation / documentation
- Security update & hardening assurance
- System engineering / administration
- Workstation management / creation
- Good knowledge of English
