Role
We are seeking a hands-on IT Operation Architect who is skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues. The successful candidate will assist in developing the Corporate IT Operations architecture strategy, deliver strategic solutions, and provide last level support for the IT Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with Security, DevOps and Engineering teams
- Serves as mentor to other members of the team
- Perform as subject matter expert (SME) on Cloud (AWS, Azure, O365) and core systems /applications /processes / within the infrastructure
- Troubleshoots identified issues, solves end user problems, enhances, and optimizes applications.
- Creates and maintains detailed technical documentation for assigned systems.
- Provides and ensures on-call coverage as deemed appropriate by I.T. leadership.
- Identifies and escalates production-critical issues to appropriate I.T. leaders. Engages and works with vendors when necessary.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology, and innovation roles.
- Proven track record of delivering successful innovation projects and solutions.
- 10 + years of experience with cloud computing technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP). One or more Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Deep experience with GAM for Google Workspace
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, system thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated experience with endpoint management via modern MDM platforms such as JAMF
- Demonstrated expertise in managing Okta, including strong workflow experience, and SKIM provisioning
- 5+ years experience with Atlasian products, specifically Jira and workflow automation
- Previous experience supporting a startup environment
- Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to target communication appropriate to varied levels of seniority
- Ability to support a global workforce with 24x5 support requirements, on-call and off hours work will be required at times.
- Demonstrates thought leadership in area of expertise
- Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible, and team-oriented environment, while displaying a problem-solving orientation to issues daily.
