Navan is currently in search of an IT Support Working Student to become a part of the Navan IT Support Team at our Berlin office. The primary responsibilities of this role involve not only supporting the local office but also extending remote assistance to all Navan users worldwide.
As a member of our fast-paced organization, you can expect every day to be different, filled with a variety of tasks such as troubleshooting and resolving user issues or providing hands-on support for all IT-backed equipment and functions.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver onsite and remote assistance for IT Operations Systems, office networks, and desk-side devices
- Facilitate onboarding logistics, IT training for new employees, and offboarding procedures for equipment retrieval
- Oversee asset management with assistance from colleagues in IT Support Engineering and maintain inventory control
- Manage and support A/V Zoom Room operations
- Assist in developing procedures and process documentation as required
- Monitor and purchase IT equipment as necessary
What We’re Looking For:
- Enrolled at a German University working towards your Bachelor / Master, preferably in an IT related subject Computer Science or Business Information Systems fields
- Experience working with macOS, iOS, and/or Microsoft Windows 10/11
- An outgoing personality, passionate about IT and helping users maximize their computing experience
- Team oriented, with a “can do“ attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results
- Thorough as well as independent and structured way of working and approaching challenges
- Proficiency in English language
