WALLEX is seeking an IT Support Specialist responsible for providing Help Desk support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes monitoring and responding to Help Desk requests, prioritizing and addressing Service Desk tickets, configuring workstations, and maintaining IT inventory. The specialist will assist with onboarding new employees, manage PC setups and deployments, and perform software and hardware upgrades. Additionally, they will work with the Enterprise Applications team to support application installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting, while ensuring proper documentation and reporting issues to the Jira Service Desk for escalation.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Associate Degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering); Bachelor's preferred.
- Certifications: CompTIA Network+ (required), CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, MCSA: Windows 10 (optional).
- Technical Skills: Experience with basic hardware, operating systems, and desktop environments; strong documentation skills.
- Problem-Solving: Advanced troubleshooting and analytical abilities; capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
