Mission:
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical support and help maintain our IT systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems reported by staff.
  • Install and configure computer systems, applications, and networks.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
  • Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades or installations.
  • Educate users about best practices and provide training as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT team to improve processes and efficiency.

Requirements

Education:

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technologies.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Knowledge of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Certifications:

  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
