Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience of our clinics across North America, have allowed us to lead the charge against “we caught it too late again.” Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Houston, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Buffalo, Bethesda, Chicago, and Atlanta, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.

We are looking for a IT Support Specialist to ensure that all employees are able to work effectively with minimal downtime, the ideal candidate will be comfortable with a variety of tasks including hardware, software and cloud troubleshooting;

This hybrid role will be onsite at our HQ in downtown Vancouver located at 1290 Homer Street. Vancouver BC. Candidates must be able to work from this location at least 3 days a week, and as required.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues via our internal service desk
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff and other departments to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain and update documentation related to IT infrastructure and support
  • Provide internal support for the Prenuvo product and cloud based applications including Google Workspaces, Slack, Atlassian, Jumpcloud, Dialpad
  • Maintain and manage inventory of hardware and software assets - including shipping and receiving
  • Maintenance and monitoring of site networks, troubleshooting of network-related issues and escalation to Internet Service Providers
  • Uphold and reinforced Prenuvo’s cybersecurity policies and ensure systems are configured following best security practices.
  • Travel to clinic locations may be required

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an IT service delivery environment
  • Exposure to service management systems 
  • Strong technical skills in computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
  • Security Mindset - You employ industry best practices in your daily work and challenge the status quo, seeking better ways of enhancing security of our systems and protecting the privacy of our customers 
  • Excellent Personal Organization & Time Management – You’re able to maximize efficiency in user support and team interactions; meet deadlines, commitments, and project requirements with thorough attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills – You’re able to think creatively to find solutions to complex technical problems
  • Flexibility – You’re able to adapt to changing priorities and willing to take on new responsibilities as needed
  • Strong Communication Skills – You’re able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and work collaboratively with team members, develop and present proposals as well as prepare and conduct group presentations
  • You bring Microsoft knowledge and skills that pertain to infrastructure and OS
  • Experience with Mac OS support is a plus 
  • Cisco Meraki experience is a plus

  • The base salary offered for this position will range from $60,000 - $75,000 in local currency, depending on experience
