IT Support Specialist (English Speaking)

Overview

Our client is a well-established company with its HQ in HK, operating in APAC regions for 20+ years. They are actively looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their expanding team.

What You Will Do

  • Manage L1 & L2 tickets locally and work closely with HQ IT using service now Ticketing systems
  • Manage IT Inventory, local IT vendors,and Service providers along with HQ IT
  • Assist on IT procurement and audit on quality and cost control
  • Pro-actively deliver and maintain high quality IT services
  • Coordinate with IT teams on Network, Application and other Infrastructure projects

What You Will Need

  • Degree holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent
  • With working experience in front-line, IT support in a multi-national company is preferred
  • Experience in team management and project management
  • Experiences in MS Active Directory, Office365, VM Ware, MS Windows, Mac and/or Linux desktop operating systems
  • Knowledge of IP Telephony experience is added advantage
  • Pro-active, able to anticipate and tackle potential issues
  • Strong in analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
