- Responsible for user support through help desk tickets, phone calls, emails, or in-person consultations.
- Maintaining records of issues, resolutions, and processes for future reference.
- Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and software in the office and shop floor area.
- Responsible for OS installation and security patches in office and shop floor area.
- Ensuring the IT network is functioning properly and troubleshooting connectivity or performance issues.
- Responsible for asset and license management.
- Assisting with the implementation of security protocols to protect against cyber threats and ensuring data integrity.
- Offering guidance or training to staff on how to use software or technology tools.
- Provide on-call support for production users and PCs.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, and familiarity with iOS and Linux.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Good communication skills for assisting non-technical users.
