IT Support Specialist

Join our team at Capital.com as an IT Support Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in managing user requests and maintaining our IT infrastructure. From preparing user equipment to administering internal services, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless technical operations. Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and handling user requests in the scope of IT support
  • Preparation of user equipment, diagnostics of the technical condition of the equipment before sending it for repair
  • Creating user instructions and keeping them up to date
  • Access granting to internal services/applications
  • Administration of the corporate messenger and mail system
  • Keeping and maintaining IT Assets inventory
  • Assistance in device management.

Requirements:

  • Confident knowledge of the PC hardware, software, and various OS
  • Responsible attitude to assigned tasks, attentiveness
  • Practical experience in managing global corporate IT systems (Google Workspace, Mobile device management solutions - like Manage Engine, Identity providers - like Okta)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in a self-driven role within a technology-focused organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Will be an advantage:

  • Knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
  • Understanding of ITIL
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence
  • Proficient in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and identity providers like Okta.
