Business Services & Automation, under which our IT Support team operates, is a dynamic department with a large team of highly skilled specialists. Our team plays a crucial role in maintaining the IT infrastructure for our organization. We ensure seamless operation and vigilant monitoring of our extensive network infrastructure, including the maintenance of hardware and applications. You will not only be involved in day-to-day operational tasks but also participate in strategic projects that will significantly enhance our department and the entire organization.
The work model based on daily office work (Adamów)
We are looking people who:
Have approximately 2 years of experience in the user support area (1st or 2nd line) in a medium or large organization
Have extensive technical knowledge of computer and peripheral operation
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Windows family operating systems
Show experience supporting an enterprise mobile environment (Android/iOS)
Demonstrate proficiency in applications from the Google Workspace or MS Office environment
Have experience working in ticketing systems (e.g., Jira / ServiceNow)
Are fluent in an Active Directory-based environment, with familiarity with terms like, VPN, PXE, MDM, SCCM, O365
Effectively use Internet resources to solve unusual problems
Have ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels (technical and non-technical people, leaders, executives) and adapt the message to different types of audiences
Have good command of the English language (preferred B2 level) to engage in conversations and written communication with users and colleagues from abroad
Nice to Have:
experience with the macOS family of operating systems, experience supporting this system in a corporate environment is welcome
IT experience in the field of logistics is also welcome
Knowledge of ITIL,
Education in the field of information technology
