Job Description:
- Handle technical support for daily operational tasks.
- Provide first-line technical support to internal users.
- Manage and monitor device stock and lifecycle.
- Liaise with outsourced IT support teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Assist users with Microsoft Office applications and ERP next system queries.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensure IT assets are well-maintained and meet company standards.
- Assist in the onboarding process by setting up devices and accounts for new employees.
- Provide feedback and recommendations on potential IT improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with ERP Next, Microsoft Azure, Office applications, and user management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing and maintaining IT assets.
- Fresh grade with a maximum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
