We are looking for an engaging IT Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical assistance and support to our employees. As a member of our IT team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

What your day-to-day looks like:

  • Responding to support requests from employees and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software applications and operating systems
  • Setting up and maintaining computer networks and peripherals
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Providing technical assistance and training to employees
  • Ensuring data security and backup procedures are in place

Requirements

If you have the following qualifications and skills, we would love to hear from you:

  • Experience in IT support roles or similar positions
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience with computer networks, including LAN, WAN, WiFi
  • Good troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles

We also value certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
