What You ‘ll Be Doing:

  • Installs and configure Computer systems.
  • Handle software installations.
  • Handle removable storage devices according to company’s security standards.
  • Respond to ICT support requests.
  • Provides technical support on-site and/or via remote-access systems.
  • Offers solutions that meet the needs of the users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware malfunctions, software issues and networking problems.
  • Resolves all ICT issues effectively and in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or Computer science or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven work experience as a support engineer.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows OS environment (Linux knowledge is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (written & verbal).
