We are currently looking for an enthusiastic IT support engineer who has the passion to be part of the IT Operations team. Some of your responsibilties:
1. Supporting client IT services and providing professional support to solve highly complex incidents.
2. Supporting users remotely in various locations across EMEA whilst also supporting on-site.
3. Ensuring the infrastructure such as computers, networks (phones) allocated at the client site are tested and working.
4. Meeting the conditions of the client´s Service Level Objectives.
5. Analyzing customer complaints and telephone support services received at the service desk.
6. Planning user support training courses and coordinating related resources if required.
7. Constructing and planning software and hardware asset management.
8. Assisting in installing and setting up server/network hardware, software, and other peripheral devices.
9. Introducing and testing advanced new technologies used at the client site.
