Are you passionate about technology and seeking a role where you can contribute to top-notch IT solutions? Join us at Ataccama as a IT Support Engineer, where you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to ensure optimal performance of all IT equipment and infrastructure
- Support both local and remote employees, ensuring efficient resolution of their IT issues
- Serve as the primary contact for contractors and external suppliers, effectively communicating technical issues
- Manage hardware and software assets, prepare workstations, set up user accounts, and assist with the onboarding of newcomers
- Install, update, and maintain software applications and operating systems, including antivirus programs and office tools
- Diagnose and resolve network issues as well as hardware and software faults
- Maintain detailed records of technical issues and resolutions to aid in future troubleshooting
- Assist with server administration tasks for both Microsoft and Linux systems
Is this you?
- Proficient in English with effective communication skills suitable for global collaboration
- Active Czech or Slovak language for communication with our suppliers
- Experienced in managing and troubleshooting various computing platforms
- Curious about technology, with a knack for dismantling and understanding computer components
- Comfortable interacting with people and eager to solve problems
- Analytical, with a strong technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Patient, helpful, and customer-focused, capable of tactful interaction with non-technical users
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux environments
- Knowledge of endpoint hardware, including tablets, phones, and basic network/wifi configurations
- Experience with Support ServiceDesk applications, Google Workspace Administration, and Microsoft Active Directory
