Join us as an: IT Support
In this role you’ll get to:
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems (Mac, Linux, and Windows)
- Diagnose hardware issues and perform repairs or replacements as necessary
- Manage existing inventory software
- Monitor and maintain systems, servers, and networks
- Provide technical support across the company
- Document and log all INFRA activities using internal tools and existing documents
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 1-2 years of work experience in IT Support
- Background and understanding of Active Directory setup and/or implementation is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work onsite
- Relevant educational background
