Overview
Our client is manages diverse fleet vessels, providing industry leading maritime services and logistics of dry bulk raw materials. They have a global presence with 27 offices spread across 12 countries.
To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for a IT Support Analyst to join their digital team, being the key point of contact for end users, managing incidents and requests through to completion.
What You Will Do:
- Handle incidents, service requests, and identify trends to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Take ownership of incidents and service requests, ensuring timely completion within the SLA to meet the expectations of our stakeholders
- Proactively identify recurring issues and contribute to their prevention, enhancing customer service and internal operations for a seamless experience
- Manage vendors including obtaining quotations and overseeing the process from procurement to disposal, ensuring proper utilization and minimizing waste for optimal value and cost-effectiveness
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends; foster teamwork and knowledge sharing among team colleagues
- Provide comprehensive support for IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring smooth functioning and resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime
What You Will Need:
- Proficient in providing support for Desktop/Laptop and Operating Systems (Windows/Mac OS)
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Administration, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Hands-on experience with Meraki/Cisco or other next-gen firewalls is preferred
- Experience in providing support for Audio-Video/Video Conferencing systems
