As a result of our growth and expansion, we're seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our London team. The primary focus of this role will be to ensure that all employees have access to the hardware, tools and systems that will allow them to work effectively. This ranges from spec’ing and configuring new laptops, network maintenance, to grants permissions in our cloud accounts.
This role will involve working closely with the DevOps team and will be a great opportunity to learn (and get your hands dirty with) the tools and processes that help maintain 100% uptime on API’s that serve billions of requests per day.
Experience with specific tools and systems used is not essential for this part of the role but a desire to learn is and a love for the tech a major advantage. Knowledge of Linux and web application technologies is very beneficial.
