We are seeking an IT Support Administrator to help manage and support Affirm’s technology infrastructure. As our main technical support in Poland, you will be the face of IT, with security, compliance, and employee satisfaction being your primary goals.
Our ideal candidate is comfortable working within a larger remote team, yet able to be autonomous, and make calculated decisions that’s best for our Polish region. This candidate is adaptable, able to work independently, and is comfortable with all aspects of IT, from end user support to hardware management, to maintaining local networks, and is dedicated to self-growth and continual learning throughout their career.

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).
POL base pay range per year: 116,000 zł - 146,000 zł
