IT Specialist
The IT Specialist is responsible for providing on-site & remote support to our end-users. The IT Support Specialist will play a key role in troubleshooting a variety of desktop and network issues, assist with projects, and delivering exceptional client service to our users.
**This position will require you to be in-office at least four days per week, from our Boston Seaport office location.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain hardware, software, peripheral devices, and other products.
- Support audio/visual equipment setup and troubleshooting in meetings, conference rooms, and other environments.
- Maintain and update internal troubleshooting documentation to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Administer a wide range of SaaS applications.
Other Duties:
- Continuous improvement of tools
- Participate in project-related tasks
- Travel to other sites may be required.
- Additional responsibilities and tasks may be assigned as needed on a project or interim basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT Support Role
- Desired experience with Okta, Office365, JAMF Pro, Intune, Zoom, or equivalent tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Work Conditions:
- This is an on-site/hybrid position that requires 4 days in our Boston office
- Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required for certain IT projects and deliverables
- Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
