About the role
The IT Specialist is responsible for supporting Appier's overall IT infrastructure and IT service desk across local and overseas offices. The ideal candidate will manage vendors, communicate requirements, and ensure deliverables meet expectations. Additionally, they will conduct asset inventory and management, ensuring compliance with internal company policies. The specialist will also be responsible for resolving hardware problems related to network, infrastructure, and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate IT systems for business operations
- Manage information assets
- Implement and enforce company IT and security policies
- Address and resolve IT-related requests
- Troubleshoot company network and equipment issues
- Support IT Helpdesk operations(provision, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting)
- Oversee vendor management and communication
About you
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT role
- Understanding of network facilities, including routers, switches, and network topology
- Experience in Mac, Windows 10 operation systems, including installation, recovery, troubleshooting
- Excellent articulation and communication skills
- Fluency in both English and Chinese
- Experience in supporting IT tasks for remote offices is a plus
