A day in the life…
Wondering what a day in the life of a IT Service Supervisor at The Iowa Clinic might look like?
Arrive at work in the morning – on call as needed including weekends. And bonus – since we allow you to “dress for your day”, you can wear jeans when your schedule allows!
Oversee processes, direct daily work, and act a resource for questions and/or concerns related to the Service Team's functions
Orient, train, schedule, and provide day-to-day supervision for assigned staff.
Be a master of multitasking by managing multiple processes and projects.
Act as a system administrator and provides input into the configuration and optimization of help desk ticketing software.
Measure service team results against defined goals and provides reports to leadership.
Ensure appropriate coverage of help desk phone lines during business hours and after hours as defined by department policy.
Responsible for time keeping records for assigned area. Maintains accurate attendance records on a daily, weekly, and bi-weekly basis for payroll.
Participate in a department potluck or team building activity over lunch.

This job might be for you if you have…
At least two years IT help desk experience required.
Previous supervisory experience required.
Healthcare technology experience is required.
