Position Summary:
As a Service Desk Intern you will have the opportunity to develop your IT Infrastructure & Security knowledge and skills by supporting the IT Service Desk team. Primary responsibilities will be to assist the IT Service Desk team in supporting all the Company’s standards software, hardware and information security in order to provide a secure and reliable environment to all entities of the NeoGenomics infrastructure.

- Experience supporting a large geographically dispersed IT infrastructure.
- Experience working with compliance and regulatory program requirements.
- Maintaining business applications access by administering access and providing technical support
- Real-Time triage experience with Level I, II, and/or Level III trouble tickets.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Actively participating in the Dunbar High School: Academy For Technology Excellence
- Must be 17 years of age.
- Experience: Academic knowledge of supporting and managing an IT infrastructure.
- Ability to learn new technologies and skills quickly.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Eager to work additional hours when available when school schedule permits.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
