What will you be doing?
We are looking for enthusiastic, creative and experienced engineers to be part of our growing team. The role is within the Digital Services department and the Personal IT Manager team. Some of the tasks include:
- Verification of digital assets
- Asset management
- Deliver the required documentation for the solution and vessel's operation
- Ticket managing and coordination across teams for certain tickets
- Provide support to the Personal IT Managers
- Maintenance and house-keeping
- Coordination of technology tickets across teams
- Technical services reporting
- Support the delivery of technical and administrative projects including day-on-day tasks
Requirements
- Four-year degree in Technology Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or other technical degree
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- A strong passion for Technology
- Relevant work experience
- Well organized and high attention to detail
Great to have:
- CCNA studies and/or certification
- Microsoft certifications
- Basic knowledge of Networking
