IT Security Manager

Tasks:

  • Further development of the existing risk management process in relation to cyber security
  • Establishment and continued development of an industry best practice orientated IT security framework
  • Administration and further improvement of the global IT security systems (especially SIEM), including analyzing security incidents, developing and implementing SIEM use cases and rules for detecting security incidents
  • Handling of managed service providers for IT services in the field of security
  • Management/Collaboration of/on (sub-)projects in the security environment
  • Development and implementation of IT security guidelines and concepts
  • Second-level support and troubleshooting in a demanding IT environment
  • Assisting, advising and training national and international users
  • Support in the implementation of IT projects on all IT security-relevant topics

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent IT training or knowledge, skills and background
  • Experience in the design, implementation and continuous improvement of IT security measures
  • Knowledge of IT operations, ideally with a focus on IT security
  • Certifications in the field of IT security and ITIL or comparable frameworks are advantageous
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills, ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
