- Must have a thorough knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) functions such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Product Costing, CO-PA and others.
- Must have worked on 2-3 global SAP implementation and 2-3 support activities.
- Must have hands-on exposure to IT solution design using in SAP.
- Estimate, plan, and lead IT Finance Initiatives including SAP implementation utilizing industry best practices and methodologies.
- Ability to provide appropriate level messaging to senior management
- Needs the ability to guide change and influence decision making
- Monitor and report on project status to all stakeholders; escalate issues as required
- Ensure project methodology is followed along with all required Quality and Regulatory requirements
- Interact with stakeholders across multiple business functions to understand business needs and recommend solutions. Partner with business teams and deliver process improvements and system capabilities to meet the business requirements
- Facilitate discussions with teams across various ERP tracks to move designs forward
- Provide technical solution designs that are delivered through in-house or external contract resources
- Ensure the solution design integrity is maintained while ensuring the system is leveraged to its fullest to meet the business demand
- 7-10 years of SAP FICO experience
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Equivalent
- MBA or CA preferred
