We're looking for an experienced IT RECRUITER to join our team!

As an IT Recruiter, you'll be in charge of everything from sourcing and screening candidates, conducting cultural interviews, as well as working closely with technical interviewers and connecting the dots between candidates and clients' needs, to make sure we're bringing the right people in!

You'll need great attention to detail and strong planning skills to make everything run smoothly and provide a great experience for our candidates throughout the process.

Above all, it's all about putting people first! So communication, trust, and collaboration are just as important as any other skills you bring to the table.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Driving and owning the full cycle of the recruiting process, including sourcing, candidate market research, building pipelines, interviewing and offers;
• Thinking creatively on how to attract talented colleagues;
• Presenting Mindera's unique way of working and values to the candidates;
• Screening the candidates' competencies against the technical needs of the team/project;
• Partnering with our technical communities in setting up technical interviews and evaluating candidates;
• Advising on, implementing and using recruitment tools such as candidate management and onboarding tools, social networks, candidates' databases;
• Providing regular, data-driven updates on recruiting progress
• Putting together relevant reports and data, analyzing and finding ways to make improvements where necessary;
• Implementing and using modern sourcing / recruiting methods;
• Contributing to the decision-making process;
• Maintaining a good relationship with our partners;
• Understanding various IT technologies and keeping up-to-date with technology trends;
• Taking initiative, challenging the status quo, learning quickly, and taking smart risks.

Requirements

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 7 - 8 years of working experience in a previous recruitment role;
• Experience with managing multiple recruitment pipelines;
• Ability to leverage your large network of IT professionals to source high-quality candidates for job openings;
• Flexibility and ability to adjust easily to changing priorities and dynamics;
• Strong work ethics, proactive approach and a focus on people;
• Experience working with ATS systems and Reporting tools;
• Attention to details and drive to organise things;
• Self-motivated, hands-on delivery, curious to learn new things and embrace a new vision;
• Fluency in English;
