As an IT Recruiter at IntellectSoft, you will work closely with multiple teams within the HR and Delivery organisation and key company stakeholders to help continuously grow our business through talent sourcing and hiring the best talents on the different markets.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an entire recruitment cycle (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, negotiating, closing)
- Develop and implement a hiring strategy according to the specific market, client's expectations and vacancy requirements
- Help hiring managers craft appealing job descriptions, provide support throughout the interviewing process, and provide consultancy on the job market's current status and candidate's motivation.
- Ensure that both internal and external candidates get the best candidate experience and maintain a high level of communication and support.
- Conduct market research, pipelining and monitoring job market
- Endorse candidates and partners database
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment in Azerbaijan; global exposure would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the IT market, its players, salary ranges, market tendencies and best practices
- Candidate direct search and headhunting experience
- Effective negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to handle multitasking effectively
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
