Working pattern: Hybrid but you will need to flexible depending on team tasks and resources. Weetabix Wednesday is a non-negotiable where we all come into the office for business partnering and meetings.
The recipe!
The purpose of this role is to manage the successful execution of large-scale IT projects and/or a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the scope established with the Executive and Project Sponsors. These projects must align with the overall vision and strategy of Weetabix, including adherence to the Weetabix Enterprise Architecture. Additionally, the role requires compliance with the IT PMO Governance model and involves direct management of other PMO/project team members to ensure all project expectations are met.
