Role and responsibilities

Project Management (60%):
- Lead small projects (below $100k), coordinating stakeholders and managing planning.
- Organize and present updates in steering committees and internal client meetings.

PMO Backoffice Support:
- Work closely with the Team Lead to prepare bi-weekly dashboards and presentations using ServiceNow and PowerPoint.
- Extract project data from ServiceNow to update templates and reports.

Issue Detection & Follow-up:
- Identify anomalies in each Project Manager's reports and proactively follow up with them to have the updates on time.

Budget Oversight:
- Monitor project costs and prepare concise budget summaries.
- Strong familiarity with ServiceNow, including dashboard creation.
- Understanding of network, infrastructure, and application systems (on-premise/cloud).
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills with a focus on client-facing interactions.
- Fluent in French is a plus.
The salary range for this role is US$90,000 - US$140,000
