Tasks & Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the timely delivery of multiple, internal software development projects in Healthcare IT.
- Plan and monitor project progress, including risk and change management, throughout the entire product development lifecycle for our product.
- Coordinate timelines with external partners for selected projects.
- Ensure our project teams can effectively carry out their tasks at all times.
- Provide reporting and escalate issues to senior management as necessary.
- Ensure necessary resources are available for project execution.
- Ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle in collaboration with our QA department.
- Contribute to the technical documentation of projects according to our ISO13485 certified Quality Management System.
- In this role, you will be reporting directly to our CTO.
Requirements
- Relevant degree (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA) or equivalent experience in software development project management.
- Profound working experience with agile and non-agile project management and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
- Experience with an ISO13485 compliant Quality Management System is considered beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels while managing multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and minimize project risks and issues.
- Background in software development to effectively communicate and understand developers.
- Business fluent in English, proficiency in German is considered a plus.
