Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the timely delivery of multiple, internal software development projects in Healthcare IT.
  • Plan and monitor project progress, including risk and change management, throughout the entire product development lifecycle for our product.
  • Coordinate timelines with external partners for selected projects.
  • Ensure our project teams can effectively carry out their tasks at all times.
  • Provide reporting and escalate issues to senior management as necessary.
  • Ensure necessary resources are available for project execution.
  • Ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle in collaboration with our QA department.
  • Contribute to the technical documentation of projects according to our ISO13485 certified Quality Management System.
  • In this role, you will be reporting directly to our CTO.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA) or equivalent experience in software development project management.
  • Profound working experience with agile and non-agile project management and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
  • Experience with an ISO13485 compliant Quality Management System is considered beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and minimize project risks and issues.
  • Background in software development to effectively communicate and understand developers.
  • Business fluent in English, proficiency in German is considered a plus.
