IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will mainly manage projects related to our Infrastructure and Data team, ensuring timely delivery of tasks. Acting as a coordinator between Rush Street Interactive (RSI), vendors, and other third parties, you will collaborate with different stakeholders. Your role will involve the development of Infrastructure and Data related project plans, communication of schedules and requirements, tracking of progress, reporting status to internal stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in our processes.

What will you do:

  • Manage Infrastructure and Data related projects: discuss expectations and deliverables with key stakeholders, ensure timely delivery of tasks and evidence. 
  • Act as a contact point between RSI and 3rd parties: communicate schedules and requirements, answer questions, provide clarifications, and make sure tasks are delivered on time. 
  • Follow up on actions, track the progress, create transparency: report status, findings, and challenges encountered. 
  • Maintain and manage documentation to enable organizational learning. 
  • Continuous improvement: evaluate and improve our processes based on feedback and organizational changes. 
  • Facilitate understanding of RSI online gambling platform, contribute to data related initiatives and internal risk management by sharing insights and lessons learned. 

All About You:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in managing relevant projects 
  • Experience in infrastructure and/or data related projects. 
  • Results-oriented with a “can do” attitude - focus on improving organizational performance, meeting goals, and producing results. 
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills to achieve desired outcomes. 
  • Ability to promote related topics within the organization, educating others. 
  • Prior experience in the online gaming industry is beneficial.
