YOUR CAPCO DAY
- Plan the project from its design to its Go-Live, through implementation and testing/pilot phase
- Monitor on a day-to-day basis the progress of the different teams, especially the IT ones
- Track budget consumption, its allocations and forecast
- Facilitate communication and coordination between all the different IT teams, as well as the business counterparts
- Provide visibility on the project progress to senior stakeholders
- Be reactive and support the teams when an issue arise in order to fix / mitigate it quickly
YOUR CAPCO FIT
- Expertise in managing core banking transformation projects, overseeing data and interface migration from legacy systems to a designated platform
- A solid understanding of the banking sector, including industry trends, regulations, and the specific challenges faced by financial institutions
- Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects effectively. SAFe/Agile/Scrum experience is highly valued.
- Proven capability to act independently drive transformational activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during the transformation process
- Stakeholder Management experience and skills - able to converse with all levels of stakeholders to understand and extract the required business requirements
- Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, to convey project updates, issues, and resolutions to various stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English and French coupled with presentation skills
