We are seeking an experienced IT Project Management Engineer to lead and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery. The candidate will have a strong background in project management, with expertise in IT service management, agile methodologies, and project management tools. The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications and have experience in managing cross- functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

• Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring on-time, within- budget, and high-quality delivery
• Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
• Manage and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, marketing, and product development
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and IT standards -
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, as needed
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, project charters, and status reports
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements

Relevant certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP)/ Prince2 Practitioner, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) , ITIL Foundation Certification (or higher), Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or equivalent

Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management

Strong proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project (MSP), Jira, Trello

Excellent leadership, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex technical issues

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile teams

Flexibility to adapt to changing technology and business needs.
