Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Programs, the IT Project Coordinator will support Program Managers and Project Managers in the execution of project initiatives. This includes general I.T. programs and projects, project coordination, and administrative support.  

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate meetings and develop agendas for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prepare, review, compile and validate agenda items and minutes, including presentations and documentation (budget tracking, milestones tracking, stakeholder charts etc.). 
  • Coordinate training for projects, including building the calendar, scheduling classes, facilities coordination, resources required for the class, and any coordination required between the instructor and IO.
  • Collate, analyze and summarize information to Project Managers on project status reports for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Responsible for document management for multiple projects simultaneously.  Ensure compliance of IT documentation with the IO records management policies.
  • Support project administration work, including creating documents and/or presentations as required by Steering Committee, Project management teams or business units.
  • Support quality assurance work as required.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A few years experience in a project support capacity in a corporate setting.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of PMP practices is an asset
  • Experience in preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and other written materials.
  • Experience in project coordination on IT projects.

Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis until the position is filled. 
The hiring range for this position is $60,900 -$91,400 with a corresponding job level of P1
