IT Project Coordinator

Full-Time
The IT Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of IT projects, with a specific focus on governance tracking, integration management, and reporting. This individual will also contribute significantly to the rollout and strategic implementation of AI within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Governance Tracking:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project governance processes and procedures.
  • Monitor adherence to project governance frameworks and ensure compliance.
  • Identify and escalate any potential governance risks or issues.
  • Integration Management:
  • Coordinate and facilitate the seamless integration of various IT systems and components.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration conflicts and challenges.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
  • Reporting Management:
  • Develop and generate project status reports, highlighting key metrics and milestones.
  • Prepare executive summaries and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • AI Rollout and Strategy:
  • Assist in the development, and execution of the organization's AI strategy
  • Coordinate the deployment and integration of AI technologies.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on AI tools and applications.
  • Work with Director of IT to identify and implement new strategies across the Foundation, both within AI and the broader IT landscape.
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their potential applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
