👩💻 What you will be doing 👨💻
- Effective coordination of the program’s IT projects and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising
- Strategic planning for Software Development across Europe and India
- Roadmap & PI planning and monitor and track progress & obstacles
- Managing your program budget while ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and critical milestones are hit on time
- Managing communications with all stakeholders
- Proactive and effective communication with Product Owners & Management
- Identifying, monitoring, assessing, and mitigating risks and issues
- Fostering a collaborative working environment
- Reporting the progress of the program at regular intervals
