- Manage procurement activities for IT hardware, software, and services.
- Ensure efficient purchasing processes and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support project implementations and technology initiatives.
- Track and manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Assist in budget management and cost control for IT procurement.

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT procurement or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management.
- Experience using ticketing systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
