We're looking for an IT professional to become an integral part of our IT Operations team which is a part of the IT family. We provide infrastructure, integrations, applications, and support so Wrike can build, collaborate, and be the most productive. Do you have experience and knowledge of IT infrastructure design, development, and implementation, and do you know user support principles and practices? More about your team

Our team is cross-functional and distributed in Prague, Nicosia, San Diego and Bangalore, we want to extend our presence and are looking for a new joiner in Prague. The role involves maintaining the company's IT landscape and its continuous improvement, automation, and security. We support an enthusiastic approach and are always open to new ideas and concepts. As a core member of our team, you will be:
  • Managing both on-premises and cloud infrastructure
  • Maintaining the company’s identity and authentication sources
  • Perpetually improving the IT architecture, services integration, system efficiency, and scalability
  • Seamlessly integrating systems, processes, and software to meet evolving business requirements and changes
  • Minimizing dependencies for the company’s continued operation and seamless business continuity
  • Handling data collection, analytics, and driving data-driven decisions
  • Participating in defining your work based on the team OKRs and annual strategy
  • Meeting new people and collaborating with various stakeholders

Experience requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a directly related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technology-assisted solutions
  • Being proactive, making things happen, setting high standards for self, commits to the team goals
  • Team player promotes collaboration and facilitate teamwork both within IT and with business stakeholders
  • Comfortable in collaborating with globally distributed and multicultural teams
  • Experienced in project management for IT projects, preferably Agile SCRUM

You will achieve your best if you have

  • Understanding the IDP concept, SAML, SCIM (and OIDC)
  • Experience in AD and LDAP management and operations
  • Sufficient knowledge of MDM usage for corporate devices and BYOD
  • Being acquainted with the PKI concept and SCEP protocol application
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux servers' maintenance and configuration
  • Experience in Python or Bash scripting, understanding API usage concepts. Git.
  • Understanding IP networking, NAT, 802.1X and firewall is essential.
  • Experience with maintenance of server platforms, RAID, remote management, and encryption

You will stand out with

  • Experience in backup and recovery of infrastructure and SaaS solutions
  • Hands-on with monitoring and reaction to alerts using Zabbix and Pager Duty
  • Proficiency in Python/SQL/Big Query
  • Understanding of CI pipelines
  • Knowledge of orchestration tools and usage of declarative description of infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, or another tool
  • Experience with Cisco IOS, Cisco switches, routers, and wireless controllers
  • Good understanding of CRL, CDP, and AIA
