The IT team at Observe is responsible for providing technical assistance to all teams and managing various aspects of on-prem and in-cloud hardware and software needs, as well as helping SecOps work to streamline and strengthen our security. We are a small team with a wide coverage, and we value collaboration, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

The Role:
- Serve as the primary point for employees seeking technical assistance, providing support
- Maintain in-office presence to promptly and effectively address support requests.
- Execute advanced troubleshooting, both remotely and in-person, and install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
- Perform white glove onboarding of new employees and account disablement of departing employees. 
- Oversee the upkeep of office endpoints, including laptops, mobile devices, teleconferencing equipment, networking infrastructure, and audio-visual equipment.
- Document IT processes and services, proactively suggesting process enhancements
- Manage assets for hardware and software, ensuring optimal resource allocationUndertake repairs, maintenance, and installations of computer hardware/software and conference rooms
- Contribute to project teams, ensuring the successful implementation of new systems or upgrades
- Provide comprehensive training to end-users on IT systems, offering one-on-one sessions
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures, such as user access controls to safeguard company data
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for hardware and software procurement and support, ensuring cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate with Facilities and EA’s to execute both onsite and offsite events or all hands
- Automate routine tasks to enhance efficiency within the company
- Participate in and help SecOps tasks such as: assist in conducting control risks assessments to identify vulnerabilities internally and within vendor or 3rd party supplier products, aid in risk mitigation, risk exception process and conducting residual risk analysis, SIEM usage and dashboarding

Your Experience:
- 1~3 years in an IT helpdesk role
- Experiences in managing computer hardware, software, and peripherals in office
- Experiences in IT and security processes and procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to research computing issues
